HappiMail provides flyer design, printing, and distribution services, including HDB door-to-door distribution, Admail, and direct mailing, across Singapore.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before the commencement of any campaign, once an invoice has been issued. Credit card payments are accepted via CardUp, which charges its own service fee. A recurring 10% late payment fee is imposed for every 2 months from the invoice date. See our FAQ for full details.
Campaign Results
We take every reasonable step to ensure materials are delivered as agreed. However, response rates can vary due to factors outside our control, including timing, material quality, content relevance, and target audience. We do not guarantee specific results from any campaign.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
